Who’s the brains behind this?
Wahoo has been designed and developed by Logo Design and Marketing's website designers in Devon. We are a relatively small business that has been established for over 30 years and we employ around 18 people including designers, developers, account managers, admin staff and there are a couple of mutts to stop us getting too serious about life. We have won enormously prestigious awards for our websites including a much sought after Cream Award - and last year we also had the heady distinction of being nominated for a Webby Award, the internet equivalent of an Oscar. Working through a London agency we build websites for some of the world's largest companies.
Devon is packed with very small but innovative companies - many of whom have modest marketing budgets but non-the-less need a convincing web presence. We weren’t prepared to compromise our reputation by using the mainly grotty, read-made web templates, nor were we prepared to set them up with any of the enormously complicated (open source) systems which are also on the market because we know that learning how to use them can turn into a life long challenge! Necessity was the Mother of Invention and the invention is Wahoo. If there is anything you would like to know about Wahoo or our other services please contact us.
Do I need any technical know-how?
None. If you can use Word you can use Wahoo.

Do I get help setting up?
Yes – you get as much live, one-to-one help as you need to get your new website up and running.

How do I start the ball rolling?
Give us a call. Basically we send you a proforma invoice (sorry) and once we receive payment we can make a start. If you want to use your existing website address (also known as your domain name or your URL), we’ll need the user name and password or we can help you register a new domain name if you’re starting from scratch.

How do you know how I want my site to look?
We’ll ask you to fill out a simple form telling us a bit about your business so we know what your aspirations are and who your competitors are etc. You’ll also need to send us an electronic version of your logo or branding. Then we will set up a live Goto Meeting so that you and one of our designers can agree the colour scheme and styling. It's just like being sat at the same desk in our design studio!

What’s the procedure and timescale?
1. You complete our simple briefing form.
2. You provide us with the address for the website and passwords and user names.
3. We prepare your home page style and colour scheme, we set up your style sheets and font library.
4. We upload your site so you can access it from your computer.
5. We give you one-to-one live training (sharing computer screens over the web) and off you go!
6. You get free support for the first month in case you have any problems.
If you are in hurry we can usually get the site ready for you to fill with content in under a week. Give us a call if you have an urgent deadline: a trade fair, an important contract in the offing, an exciting piece of news to share with your customers etc. – let’s make it happen!
